It is a great location for enjoying the quieter side of Cowes while still being conveniently close to the town centre, cafés, restaurants, shops and the many attractions of Phillip Island.

Check-in is from 2.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am. Entry is via a key safe at the property, with access details provided prior to arrival.

A car is the easiest and most convenient way to explore Phillip Island and its beaches, attractions and surrounding towns.
Public transport is available, including V/Line coach services to and from Cowes and local bus services around Phillip Island and the Bass Coast. Services are limited and do not operate continuously throughout the day, so guests relying on public transport should check current timetables and plan their journeys in advance.
Taxis and Uber are also available on Phillip Island, although availability can vary, particularly during busy holiday periods and major events.
The property is also within walking distance of Lovers Walk beach, with Cowes township, shops, cafés and restaurants only a short drive away.

The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
The swimming pool and the heated spa form part of the outdoor area. Children must be supervised around the pool and spa at all times.
Please respect our neighbours and keep outdoor noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening.
This property is best suited to families, couples and mature groups. We prefer the primary booking guest to be aged 24 years or over. Strictly no parties, events or schoolies bookings. Full bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
