The property staff were extremely professional and friendly. The rooms were ok, most electrical sockets didn’t work, the tub was extremely slippery and the bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. The mattresses seriously need to be updated.

Older hotel, needs updating, rooms smelly. There was roach in room. However, I do have to say staff was super friendly and helpful. Just an old hotel that needs upgrades.

Wonderful stay!!
Everything was great!! All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager was so sweet. We stayed to attend my brother in laws funeral. They made it a pleasant stay. We will be back when we come to visit his family!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I like where the property sits in regards to restaurants in the area. My only suggestion is a standard size pillow.

We were very pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn in Covington. The staff was very friendly, our check in was smooth, and our room was very clean. The rest of the hotel was very clean and well maintained, and they offered a complimentary breakfast that had lots of options. We will definitely stay here again.

I realize they are renovating. My room was clean and comfortable but there is an underlying sour odor in the room. Old water damage? The bathroom was clean and updated but there was a rusty metal coiled doorstop on the bathroom door. Why wouldn’t you replace that or at least clean and spray paint it?

The property was being renovated when I was there. Before the rooms had a moldy smell and it was hard to be there. However, this stay I didn’t smell it. The only complaint was the air freshener st the entry bothered my allergies. They deserve to be a 3 -4 star hotel.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was as expected, nothing fancy but lots of options: bread, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, grits, yogurts, fresh fruits, waffles, eggs & sausage. Room has a little bit of a stale/musky smell when a/c unit is not running. Overall, all was good. I would stay again.

Great stay
We were staying in Covington because of a death in the family. My mother is 89 yrs old and the night clerk made sure our room was not a long way from the door. Although there was remodeling going the lobby and surrounding area was ALWAYS neat and clean. All of the staff was wonderful and caring!

We understand your review but based on your stay history and notes, this review appears to be in retaliation of your fraudulent claims while staying at the property resulting in eviction from the property. Pest control inspected the room and found no evidence of the claim. No claims of hair in the tub or the bathroom was ever noted to the Front Desk or management during your stay.

I know you get what you pay for but there were still some problems. Our room had a musty smell and there were some stains on the ceiling. Our door did not open easily. Overall, it just ended up feeling that it wasn’t that well maintained which I think made us feel like it was less clean than it really was… at least I hope so.

This place was really awesome and cheap definitely going again. But it was just the pillows it was tad bit uncomfortable but everything else it was awesome!!! This hotel is straight up awesome!!!
