« When we first entered this cottage, we felt like we just walked into an adorable doll house. Everything was so perfectly decorated, maximizing space and giving off very relaxed vibes! It was close to all the shops and restaurants in town and has a great outdoor space to enjoy any time of the day! The bedding and towels were a very nice touch. « Charming cottage in Warm Springs. Very close to area attractions of interest to me: village of Warm Springs, Douthat State Park for day visit/hiking, activities at The Homestead. « This place was clean, confortable and perfect for our group, and the owners were incredibly helpful and kind to us - they were even better than the place. Two very minor downsides - it's a bit of a drive into Lexington (about 6 miles, and a slow drive on country roads) where our activities were, and the high windows let in light earlier in the morning than we wanted to wake. But those were minor to us. We'd stay here again, without question. »

« We spent 4 days at the house with my wife, mother-in-law, and daughters with their boyfriends. Everyone had a great time. House is very well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked every meal and never came up short on kitchen stuff. There's even a waffle maker. Lots of towels for the creek (and the kids used too many!). TV and wifi worked perfectly. « From beginning to end, my husband and I, as well as our goldendoodle, Fig, had a wonderful experience at Patricia's cottage. « What a great property!! I just completed the entire Greenbrier River Trail in two days and this was a great spot to stay middle of the trail. Restaurants and in walking distance. House was cozy and had all the amenities one could need. Patricia was great to work with!! Would highly recommend staying here!! »

« Everything was just as shown in the pictures. We were attending college events in Lexington and this space was an easy drive to town. It was nice to be in the country and enjoy coffee in the screened in porch each morning before starting the day. We watched deer walk up the driveway and listened to the birds sing while we ate breakfast. Great views of sunrise over the hills from the other deck. We would definitely stay again. »

« Cozy country home is exactly what is. Property is well maintained and very clean. The host Lynne and her husband were absolutely amazing and welcomed us to tour their family farm which was a true gym with stunning views.
