Communication with the host was extremely poor. After having to cancel then rebook due to a change of plans, the host said there was no booking to confirm. While trying to resolve this with the host (who was unable to read their own dashboard correctly) I passed the cancellation window. I was unable to cancel for a final change of plans and lost all money paid. Host was unwilling to work with us saying they didn’t have our money, yet VRBO customer service said the host could decide to refund some or all of the payment. Very dishonest host, will not book here again.
