« Be cautious with your expectations….for a $350+ per night stay, I expected better. This place is overpriced. Know that there are 2 restaurants and 1 bar on the property for all the visitors staying there. All the restaurants are overpriced for the quality. The good: Views are nice. Pool is nice. Patio is nice. Stillwater’s Restaurant breakfast buffet was good. Lightburn’s views and service was good. The not-so-good: No hot water in the mornings….front desk seemed to acknowledge the problem...

« The surrounding area was very dirty. Cigarettes everywhere, dust. Seems that they don't really clean and they have also construction items everywhere. The pool was disgusting, water was green. My room smelled pretty bad, like humidity and dirt. I had to buy a room refresher for it. Bed was comfortable and bedding sheets was cleaned. But I did find some small death cockroaches and spiders in the room. Front desk staff was ok. Breakfast was alright, not to bad for the place. I've being eating at...

« The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and they were very accommodating and understanding of us having to cancel our last night due to the weather back home. »

« I liked the lower price for such a clean and large room. The beds were comfortable. I would of liked a firmer mattress although it was still very comfortable. I would stay there again if I was in the area. Thanks. »
