This newly renovated haven boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a modern open concept that effortlessly merges style and comfort. With 1,700 square feet of single-story living space, your group will have plenty of room to unwind. Sunny comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. For an additional touch of versatility, we've included a trundle day bed in the sitting room, which can be closed off for privacy.

- Per the Navy's scheduling, there can be flyovers around this home which can be very loud! The schedules are posted 1 week in advance online. Please contact our office for further information or questions.
- 4-6 Night minimum July/August. 2 Dog Maximum. $50 Pet fee applies (Airbnb pet fee requested separately after booking when a pet is indicated to join reservation) No Cats allowed.
- Infants are included in max. occupancy. Inquire if you have additional children/infants.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- There is a twin trundle bed in the family room for additional sleeping arrangements.
- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The house was absolutely perfect. The community boat launch was such an unexpected bonus!! Son and girlfriend from North Carolina and Cousin and wife from North Dakota. We always come over to the coast for opening Crabbing weekend. With the exception of the tight roadway with the boat and truck, there is absolutely NOTHING that would have made this weekend any better. If we had just come with a couple cars to enjoy a beautiful 4th on the coast, it would have been spot on!

property was beautiful surpassed our needs and location was great. We were rudely informed that the dates we booked were not fully available and our trip was cut short. A very big disapointment. The only complaint i had about the house was that i cleaned up dog feces that were not created by my dogs.

Much more space than we needed. Everything was clean and ready for us. Thank you for the pizza in the refrigerator when we arrived. We loved the power recliners. Our pup loved chasing the bunnies. Lots of stuff to do but we did nothing just like we planned. Great place to kick back.

We loved this place & wished we could have stayed longer. It is decorated so well & there is everything you could need while away from home. We loved the two plush recliners in the living room & the sleep number bed was very comfortable. We brought our small dog so the large fenced yard was great. Also enjoyed our walk on the beach which is just across the street. We definitely plan on staying here again.

My best friend and I along with my 2 shih tzus spent the weekend here. The home was easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood (probably busier in the summer months) and only a 15-minute drive to downtown Coupeville. The home is clean, comfortable and well-appointment. There was only 2 of us so the home was very spacious with a large fenced yard perfect for our dogs. I have rented at least 8 homes on Whidbey Island and this one of my favorites. What made this trip even more special was the pod of orcas we saw they day we checked out!

This is a super clean and newly modeled manufacturer home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beach and lagoon are steps away from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. We loved staying here!

We had a fabulous time! The house was super clean and ready for us upon arrival. The beds were comfy, the couch and chairs all reclined (!!) and the kitchen was sup well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. The fully fenced yard was great for our two dogs who played hours of fetch. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the deck watching the herons, eagle and other birds fly around. The best part was the quiet- such a relief from noisy city living. And so many great places to visit near by. Easily found outdoor dining options that allowed dogs and food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Great place for a large group. Very clean. The only thing is the floor was very squeaky when you walk from the master bedroom to the living room. And be mindful the bathroom in the master bedroom. The tub and the shower are separate and the shower are very small. I'm 5'9 and my partner is 6'1 we couldn't hardly move around in the shower. Otherwise we enjoy whidbey Island for the first time. What a wonderful and comfortable home to stay in. The home was comfortable and clean and very well stocked. I always appreciate a kitchen I can really prepare food in and this one delivered. The bedroom that doubled as an extended living space was perfect for us too. Location was amazing, we loved visiting the lagoon at different tide levels. Stay here, you’ll love it.
