I recently stayed at this VRBO, and while the location was fantastic and the space was large, there were several issues that made our stay less than ideal.The apartment itself had potential, but there were a few cleanliness and maintenance concerns that we couldn’t overlook. Upon arrival, we found the toilet bowl to be dirty, and the ice machine was jammed with old ice, which didn’t work properly. The towels provided were stiff and face towels were dingy. Additionally, the pullout couch was quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well.Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay, which was a bit frustrating. We also never received a code to access the lobby, which added another layer of confusion to the check-in process. Communication with the host was slow, and response times were longer than expected.Finally, the kitchen was a bit understocked with cooking supplies, which made meal preparation challenging.While the space had its positives, such as its size and location, I would suggest improvements in cleanliness, communication, and overall amenities for a more comfortable stay.

The listing incorrectly states that there is parking on-site. THERE IS NO DESIGNATED PARKING. Also, the check-in instructions don’t mention that the condo is inside a commercial building and not well marked, so it was hard to find. Once inside, the condo is spacious and comfortable, and the location is very nice.

The place itself was nice, but the description is not right about there being one parking spot. There is only street parking. While we were there no one told us that there was a street fair going on and because of that my car was almost towed when the street was shut down and we had to walk 5 blocks uphill to the street fair parking lot. The volunteers said that we should have been notifed about the street fair and given a parking pass by the place I rented through. I didnt know this would be an issue that weekend and we had to transport food for a wedding. I messaged vrbo and they said they would look into it. I havent heard anything for 2 weeks now. The only other things I had an issue with is that this rental is by a bar, so you hear people up late, and its right above businesses, so it gets noisy early in the morning. Overall, it was not the best experience for us. Staying on the waterfront was nothing special.

The place is great. Perfect location. Wifi couldn't ever connect but it was so beautiful that we didn't spend any time hanging around the apartment. Larger drapes in bedroom would be great for a little more privacy feeling.

Unit is as pictured. New. Plenty of windows that open. Quiet. Bed comfortable. Could cook simple meals easily in kitchen. Only has a Kerig coffee maker and no refills. Fortunately an earlier review warned us of this and we brought Starbucks Via. There was good hot water kettle. Also the coffee shop below was open at 7am when we were there. Loved their coffee. Nice outdoor eating area there. We never saw markings for the designated parking place but parking was not a problem. Good interactions w Vacasa but took week/days when I was first reserving and had questions about stairs, parking, etc. Thought about changing my mind but glad I didn’t.

Good location, clean, new and visually pleasant. Cute with view of the beach and water. Description read "There is parking for one car. There is also a parking lot up the hill". This is very misleading. It should read "Street parking, when available, is free, for any number of vehicles. Small first come first serve parking lot up the street". There is no assigned parking & on a sunny weekend, parking is very challenging. We had to park several blocks away. No instructions on how the television remote works. It would only turn on/off and adjust volume. Although menu was visible, remote would not allow you to select Amazon, Apple, Netflix, etc. You had to manually push the button on the screen itself to view regular channels - but it would jump multiple stations ahead. No coffee provided. I've stayed in dozens of places and they have provided at least 2 servings of coffee for at least the first night. Coffee stand in building below didn't open until 10am. Under couch cushions with old crackers/food, hair, etc.. Mattress in bedroom is soft, older -your back may hurt the next AM. Beware of Vasca units. No accommodations for death, illness, etc. - asked to move the reservation forward by one day to accommodate a funeral and they would not - had to buy a whole extra night and pay for a day we could not use. I have been on the ownership side of vacation rental agencies & have tried to make these request work if there were no conflicts. Overall, overpriced for area.

Perfect central location for active couples. Place very clean and aesthetic. Beachy/coastal vibes. The morning view from the living/kitchen is amazing and view from bedroom of town is endearing. Quick access to great local attractions.
