« This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. It is very quaint and cosy. The setting is very peaceful - lots of birds singing and rabbits in the field. There is a busy road next to the cottage but that didn’t detract from the feeling of tranquility. The hot tub is fabulous. It’s a great base to explore the local area. It’s so easy to get a bus into Pocklington which is a lovely market town with good shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back in...

« Absolutely beautiful little cottage! Perfect for what we wanted and fully enclosed garden for our little dog! Nice and roomy for the two of us who fancied a few days seeing the sights of York. Shower nice and powerful and location lovely and quiet but not too far from local shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy upon arrival! Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you! »

« This is an awesome location to base yourself whilst exploring Yorkshire, the cottage was exactly as described and Joanne was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything you need is in the cottage it is well laid out and can comfortable sleep 6. the directions on how to reach the cottage were spot on and you should follow them. Would we go back again that is a definite yes. »
