« We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them.

« Very kind personel. There are several water drinking refill fountain to reduce plastic pollution. Agonda beach has often oil spill in may / june, horrible. »

My room key was misplaced and I was charged 300 for a new key. Never did I have to return the card key. On a brighter side, the staff was very courteous, when we had breakfast. »
