« Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. « We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay. »

« We spent 3 weeks at Martin’s Comfort - late January to mid February. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable. « J'avais prévenu par mail que mon avion arrivait à 4h du matin et que nous n'arriverions pas à l'hôtel avant 5h30. Le responsable avait dit qu'il n'y avait pas de souci réception 24h/24. Il a fallu que le taxi klaxonne plusieurs fois environ 5 mn mais après plus de souci. Bon petit déjeuner. »
