« Unit is beautiful, well-maintained, location is perfect - 1/2 block to the boardwalk. The use of pools steps away, and designated parking are wonderful perks. However, the listing shows as 1 bath when there are 2 full bathrooms with waterfall showers! Why not update this info in the listing? Kitchen is very basic, not well-equipped if you like to cook. « We rented this home for a small corporate offsite and were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The home is spectacular, both inside and outside. « This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood.
