« As life can throw us curve balls, we needed a getaway. I looked for a quiet place close to the Nature places listed in the title to take pictures! This unit is very comfortable and has more of what you need than most places. Took a quick walk on the trails with the dog, very nice! I believe the black swans are the only two and are beautiful. We had a great meal at Oyster Creek, and there is a bakery in the Smithville shops. »

« Roberto’s place was a perfect overnight stay for myself, husband, sister and two small dogs. We were passing through town, and the place is comfortable, and central to everything in the area. I would definitely recommend! »

« This property is fabulous - fab for families, individuals, etc. Prime location, easy parking, immaculately kept property inside and outside. Safe neighborhood. Well appointed property. Have reserved here many times, usually twice per year, and will reserve again. Definitely. Property owner is fabulous. »

« Great communication with the hosts. Room on the 1st floor was just right for 2 people. We were there for a week so having a mini fridge was helpful. The little lounge at the entrance had a coffeemaker, microwave and water/ice dispenser, which we and many guests used. Bathroom was small but not a big deal. Lots of parking outside the house. Overall a great stay - we will definitely be back. »

« Overall the house and area were nice, although the cleanliness of the house inside definitely needs some attention. The bedding/pillows seemed like they weren't washed(still had other people's hair on the pillows and under the sheets) bathroom sinks and shower still had hair in them. The refrigerator had a strong scent of rotted meat. The outdoor furniture was very dusty/dirty. I believe with a little better cleaning upon guest departures and arrivals this would be a great place. « This location was absolutely perfect for my friendsgiving gathering. The place was so clean and tidy, and there is minimal furniture in there, which makes it more open. I honestly couldn't ask for a better place. I'm definitely going to use this location again.
