« The home was beautifully restored, and the decor was airy with a beach theme. The hosts were lovely and accommodating and were extremely helpful in guiding us around in the area. It's a nice touch to have a choice for breakfast either homemade (for a charge) or you get a generous voucher to use at three local eateries. « Cette endroit économique en vaut la peine. La communication avec l'hôte est très rapide. Il nous ont répondu à nos demandes. Si vous avez un budget limité, je recommande cette endroit sécuritaire et propre malgré certaines rénovations à effectuer. Je recommande fortement. Près des services, près de Penn Station (10min) en auto pour éviter toute confusion et frais (péage, stationnement chérant) à new york »

« Stayed here for the weekend. Room was suitable and clean. The neighborhood was a little rough but nothing too concerning. Very close to the airport. The person on the phone made it very easy to check in and out. I have no complaints, would definitely return to this place the next time im in town »

« The property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight. An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....

« Overall a very pleasant and convenient stay, although it was odd to have nobody around when I came in to check in (they did have the materials though and I did not need to do anything major). The owner, from the few times I spoke to him, was pleasant as well. Only drawback was that I heard somebody playing a trumpet one night and lots of chatter the next, but otherwise a nice place to stay. »
