« The house was clean, cozy, well organized and convenient for everything we needed. We were so comfortable, the only thing we went out to buy was ice cream. The neighborhood was perfect - far enough from the main highway that we didn’t hear any kind of traffic or disturbances, but still only a few minutes from the beach. The jacuzzi and grill were the cherry on top. We loved our stay and definitely plan to return! »

« Steps to the Sea was a great house for our family vacation. The house is beautifully updated/decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. And the beach was great and not crowded!! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions both during booking and our stay. « The location was perfect. Just close enough to everything without it being loud outside. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean, smelled very clean when you first walked in the door. Had everything we needed plus more in the kitchen. Definitely recommend if you want to be in walking distance to the local spots. Will stay again in the future. Thanks again. »

« -The house was not cleaned at all before our arrival: dirty sheets, hair, tooth brush spit on mirrors. etc. however, it is in a beautiful spot and property managing company was responsive. While they were responsive we are still waiting on them to remedy their mistake as we paid for clean linens and cleaning fee. »

« This is a great place to stay near Carolina Beach! It’s an easy 15 minute walk to the beach or 2 minute drive. House was clean and well maintained. The backyard was a little junked up but overall, not a terrible space. We only used the backyard for our dog but it has a nice little deck and fire pit. »

« This property was better than the description! Beautiful house on the beach that has breathtaking views. Nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee, on a spacious deck, as a pod of wild dolphins swim by. Property manager was very kind and answered any and all questions promptly. »

« My husband and I needed a small place to ourselves for just a short time, and this room met our expectations perfectly. I personally loved how clean it was and how easy it was to check into our room. We were also able to speak with the owner during our visit and found him to be very kind.
