« Properly was not ready at check-in. Properties management gave me a visa gift card to compensate. There was a party the night before my check-in. There was a late check out before my check-in. Some items were broken. The trash bags and toilet tissue were out and were dropped off later. There was an internet outage for most of the day. The house and landscaped yard were beautiful and new. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was lovely. I would stay there again just to see if it could get better. »

« LOVED the property, but the communication with the owner was borderline rude. Because it was the 4th of July holiday, there was a lot of action going on in the area, so calling the owner was easier for me. But the more I called, the more attitude he had. »

« Room was extremely clean, had everything we needed, check in was super easy, host was very nice and kept in touch when needed. The only complaint which isnt about the room itself but we did not get any sleep because the night life and cars revving their engines all hours of the night. It was extremely loud and hard to sleep. « The location is perfect for everything downtown in Wilmington and directly across from the ship. Easy check-in and prompt communication with the Host. All matched the listing for the most part. There's no oven, rather a 2 burner cook top. Bed was very comfortable! The heat pump/air exchange is VERY loud as it is right beside the bed, and ambient light outside makes the room bright. I wear earplugs and use a sleep mask, so it was ok. The only real issue was with the Spectrum TV internet access,...
