Welcome to Coastal Escape at Hunter's Point! This stunning vacation home is on the waterfront of a new and eco-friendly community combining luxury with sustainable living. The green-built home features three bedrooms and two and a half baths, as well as a sparkling pool, a private dock, and furnished balconies with a beautiful view of the canal. Keep an eye out for playful manatees and dolphins!

The main living floor was designed with comfort in mind and is the epitome of coastal living with calming blue furnishings, including a sofa, two chairs, a TV, and a chic kitchen table set for six guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and culinary essentials; through the sliding glass door is a balcony with plush outdoor seating and a dining table.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the three bedrooms, each appointed with crisp bedding, premium mattresses, and tvs. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a private balcony, perfect for sipping your morning coffee! The guest bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination. A half bath can be found on the main floor, and a washer and dryer.

Located in Cortez, just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island, you and your guests will adore the timeless fishing community with plenty of water activities, a historical village, local boutiques, and waterfront dining.

Hunter's Point is a unique and brand-new community with eighty-six single-family luxury homes designed to live in harmony with the environment without sacrificing comfort, each self-generating enough power to run itself. Currently, many new homes are under active construction throughout the community.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, the location, and (believe it or not) the management company that runs this property.The property was well maintained and very clean/welcoming. “AMI Locals” was so easy to deal with that , sorry VRBO, I may go straight to them next year.The screened-in porches are amazing for hanging out any time of day.The canal behind the property had families of manatee in it almost every day. We were able to fish daily off of the dock. No luck but not a ton of effort put in this trip.The pool was awesome. With it facing east and being under the house it could have been a little warmer for my taste.The neighborhood is super quiet at night. It is also really safe to walk around.The location, in proximity to AMI, is out of this world. We were in the beach in less than 30 mins every day.

Beautiful beach home with everything you need to be comfortable while making memories! Our family of 6 had plenty of room for sleeping accommodations, and the elevator ensured our disabled family member was not inconvenienced. Plenty of thoughtful touches in the home such as games to play, a very well stocked kitchen, and beach chairs! The pool was a favorite for our children, and I loved the wildlife we observed everyday in the canal behind the home.

Great Vacation Rental!

Wonderful vacation rental in a convenient location! The home is equipped with everything our family needed, and more! Beautiful view from the kitchen of the bridge and passing boats. Nice pool and deck to enjoy, and we even saw a manatee in the canal behind the home.

Weekend Getaway

My family and I traveled to Cortez for a long weekend getaway. The house was as described. It was clean, beautifully decorated and close to the beaches. Not close enough to walk but just a ride over the bridge. The beach chairs, cart and noodles were greatly appreciated. They also had coolers and a game of cornhole available. We enjoyed our stay at the house and our visit to Cortez.

Nice house, nice location, broken Tesla charger

Overall, the property was very clean in a great location. We loved all the beach chairs, toys, and wagon that we were able to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. My problem is that when we arrived the door knob to the top floor elevator was broken off. I contacted property management nearly immediately and I was told someone would come fix it and no one did. That night I went to charge my Tesla with the built in Tesla charger and it didn’t work. Again I contacted property management and someone came out the next night. That person couldn’t fix it so someone came out the next day. My husband drove our Tesla to other properties in the development and none of the chargers worked. Apparently this development is throwing up all these houses and never actually tried them out until we showed up. A main reason we booked this property was for the Tesla charger because they are not easily available in Bradenton and it didn’t work. No one ever reached out to try and make it right or apologize. I feel like if you are advertising specific amenities make sure they work and have the ability to fix them if they are broken.

Absolutely loved this vacation house, was very impressed!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Looks just as nice in person as it did in the pictures. ( possibly even NICER! ) it had everything you could possibly need, from kitchen accessories , to pool and beach toys and floaties. My family had an absolute blast playing in the private pool. (Which was also very clean!) Overall, i was super impressed, and would HIGHLY recommend staying here, and definitely plan on coming back again! ❀

Our family's stay at this new vacation home was a dream come true. The highlight? The fantastic pool that became an instant favorite with the kids – laughter and splashes echoed throughout our days. A convenient EV charger in the garage made our eco-conscious hearts happy, ensuring our adventures in the rented Tesla were always charged up.
