Gentile Vito,leggiamo con rammarico la sua recensione e siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti per quanto accaduto. Stiamo portando avanti tutte le valutazioni del caso per capire cosa sia venuto meno alle nostre procedure interne ma soprattutto per prendere tutte le dovute precauzioni affinché la pulizia e rimpiazzo dei prodotti del frigobar sia portata correttamente a termine ad ogni soggiorno. Ci dispiace inoltre che abbia avuto problemi con la doccia e il suo utilizzo.D’altro canto ci rincuora che sia stata da lei ben percepita tutta la disponibilità e la prontezza nell’intervenire da parte del nostro personale per aiutarla e servirla al meglio possibile, così come abbia avuto qualche nota di merito per la nostra colazione, la sua qualità e varietà di prodotti.Ancora una volta ci mostriamo dispiaciuti per non aver saputo dimostrarle in questa occasione il nostro livello abituale di servizi ma ci auguriamo non manchino altre occasioni per poterla ospitare e darle dimostrazione della reale qualità del nostro albergo.L’aspettiamo presto.Un cordiale salutoPhi Hotel dei Medaglioni

We select the best products of local companies to offer a quality one that allows our guests to taste the typical flavors of the area with homemade cakes and pies for the sweets and cold cuts, cheeses and the inevitable parmesan in the savory part.
