Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a Queen size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

Great place! Cute, clean, close to beach! But check in is late 4pm. Would have liked to get in at least one hour sooner. Being at the beach all day and needed a shower.

Cozy and clean!

The lush grass was great for the dogs. Parking was easy. We did not see or hear the neighbors. Walking distance to marina and the cafe. Short drive to little town, shopping, and coffee shops. This town is laid back and very chill compared to Port Aransas or the rat race of Corpus. If you're looking to relax and enjoy great restaurants, do it!

Great stay

I’m disabled and was expected to take trash to a dumpster that was not close. I hate when they charge cleaning fees and then you have to help them clean. Outside of that the cottage was very pretty and clean, parking was right next to it.

Spring Break Getaway for Teachers

My sister joined me and my dog to stay in Rockport for three days and two nights. This location is perfect for quick access to the beach, downtown businesses, restaurants, and trails to walk or bike. The bed was large enough to share comfortably. The closet already had hangars for us to use. There was plenty of furniture to store away luggage and clothing if needed. We used the fridge, microwave, Keurig the whole time. Our one suggestion is to have a mirror outside of the bathroom, too, to help when getting ready to go out for the day and excursions. Other than that, we loved the stay!

Ocean Breeze

Only a few blocks from the beach and fresh air. The room reflected the atmosphere of area. Such a pleasant and bright room. Coffe maker, with cups coffee and creamer. Mini fridge (wished it was slightly bigger) fresh linens, and towels. It’s a great place to stay!!!

Absolutely adorable!

Was in town to visit family, just me and my little puppers. Stayed 2 nights. Easy check in, comfortable spot, close to everything. Nice little porch with rocking chairs to enjoy in the evening. The only thing I would recommend is adding a cafe style table. The low table wasn't really practical. Will definitely be back.

Our new stay spot for when we come to Rockport!!

We loved this little cottage so much! It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. The grounds were well kept and just so cute! The cottage was clean and everything we needed was provided -- microwave, small refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. We are pretty minimalist and it fit our needs perfectly. Nina, our point of contact, was immensely kind and responsive and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you Nina :) And let's just talk about location! We couldn't have asked for a better spot -- walking distance to shops, the beach, Doggone Brewery (which I definitely recommend too!), and even mechanics for when I had car troubles. This will be our go-to spot every time we come to Rockport from now on! Especially that it is so affordable even with pets, it made us feel welcome that our whole family could enjoy our trip. Thank you so much, we will see you soon!

Cozy and comfortable

We stayed for a two-night weekend trip, and found this unit to be very nice. It's in a great location that's central to Rockport, but it's also a quiet setting with clean and well-maintained grounds. The only issues we experienced were a noisy running toilet and broken wifi, but these only had a minor negative impact on our stay. We assume they will be resolved by management, and will likely look into staying here again next time.

Quaint but noisy

Clean, within walking distance of the beach, arts district and restaurants. Unfortunately we ended up leaving a day earlier than planned due to the street noise from 35 that runs right behind the cottage and the bed was uncomfortable to us, which both left us sleep deprived. I would recommend that if you were to stay here, I’m sure it is much quieter in other rooms besides units 1 & 2. Also would recommend to the owner to possibly look into some newer mattresses.

The cottage is very nice, but two things need to be changed: The mattress on the bed was on a board. As a result, when my wife or I were to get up in the night, the board would make a loud creaking sound. It would wake us up in the night. The tub is very slippery. We bought a mat to stand on in the tub to keep us from slipping.

Rockport Getaway

This is my 2nd time staying at this property and is the best overall comfort stay for me. The single room has a full-size shower with great water pressure. I love the clean cottage, grounds are very well kept and peaceful. Better than staying in a hotel and my dog loves it as well. âŁïž

Nice spot by the piers and shops, easy parking clean rooms. No complaints other then the lawn guys doing their thing at like 9am Saturday morning, but I'll let that slide. We'll be back for sure.
