2025 Upgrades include brand new deck railings, new carpeting on all stairs and a fully renovated first floor Rec Room. 2024 Upgrades included new mattresses in every bedroom, pair of bathrooms completely renovated, new landscaping, a new roof and freshly painted interior throughout. Major neighborhood updates with newly paved roads, brand new tennis/ pickleball court and basketball hoop plus rebuilt beach access crossover boardwalk (3 access points). In 2023 a brand new kitchen and appliances added, pool deck was expanded and the Tiki bar added.

This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
