« The home is very new and well designed for a family stay. Although located in a new area there are amenities nearby and easy access to circle drive so getting around is easy. »

« Very beautiful property with a house, barn, large gathering building and breathtaking views of the river valley. The walk down to the river is long and steep so you do have to consider your fitness level especially going back up. Make sure to bring bug spray. Main house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. It's nice to getaway where it is quiet and there are no neighbors for miles. »

« Really satisfying . Stayed for 21 nights . The entire house was very neat and the host stocked the unit with enough supplies to last during our stay. Beds were really comfy and quite a number of entertainment options ( multiple streaming services and board games) . Neighborhood was also very nice. Quiet, good for walks and close to many stores . Overall I will give it a 10/10. If I need to stay in Saskatoon again it will definitely be my choice. »

« Prior to arrival, I contacted the host to specifically confirm that the unit had four beds. They assured me that there were four beds. However, on arrival, there were only three beds and a sofa approximately five feet long, which was not suitable as the fourth sleeping space we had expected.We also found that there was no lockable separation between our suite and the downstairs tenant’s area, which raised privacy and security concerns.In addition, the exterior railing was not securely attached...
