« Multiple time during the weekend there were people that seemed homeless on drugs/alcool in the lobby. Even the police came. The rooms weren’t clean, there was hair in the bathroom and stains of dirt. They put us in a communicating room next to strangers with kids. The kids were screaming, running around in the room, in the corridors until midnight, screaming like animals. Its sketchy and not clean. The staff was nice tho but I would not recommend »

« Desirée and Nathan’s Cozy Hippo was above and beyond our expectations. They have literally thought of everything that their guests could possibly need during their stay. Immaculate. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and bedding, including multiple pillow options on each bed. We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay. (5 person curling team here for a bonspiel). »

"There wasn't much room in the parking lot, but it was secure, which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but well-balanced enough. I loved the ambiance of the older building."
