Villa Marialetta is conveniently set over one floor, and has been carefully designed to offer a traditional Greek feeling and all the most modern comforts, without forgetting airy rooms, spectacular views from the front terraces as well as unbeatable value for money. Entrance is onto the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, with a large dining table for all the guests. Next to the kitchen, through an archway, there is a huge lounge with patio doors opening onto the pool and sea facing terraces. Comfortable sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi internet are provided for the guests. Villa Marialetta has 4 large bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins, beautifully furnished and air-conditioned (included in the rental price). The 2 double bedrooms have direct access to amazing sea-facing terraces. The villa has also 2 spacious family bathrooms with shower.

Outside, the property is surrounded by extensive private gardens with tall olive trees, providing shade and a fantastic traditional atmosphere. The large private pool, measures 9m x 5m and offers the most amazing ever sea-views. The views stretch from the bay of Erimitis, to the gulf of San Stephanos, to the Albanian Mainland in the background. With the large cruise ships passing by, this will be a truly unforgettable sight. Sunbeds and parasols are provided to the guests. Guests can also dine outside, al-fresco, using the built-in barbecue and the furnished dining area provided under the olive trees. Private parking is available within the premises.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.
