We are a little disappointed to hear your feedback as we do our very best to ensure all of our guests are well informed and comfortable. It is very important to us. We understood that you were struggling to connect to the WiFi and a member of our team was there within 30 mins of your arrival to help you. I would also like to point out that the internet connection is stronger than most holiday rentals at 40 mbps. We regularly have guests stay for longer periods who need strong internet for work and they have been delighted with the internet service provided. We do not have a printer at the villa however we will gladly help our guests and be happy to print off locator forms. It is not standard practice to change linen within a 10 day stay. Mid stays are always offered at the end of every full week booked, however if you wanted this service then our team would gladly have provided it at an extra cost. Finally, the owners specifically asked me to mention about not smoking in the property. Whilst smoking is allowed outside, our only request is that there is no smoking inside, with the beautiful sunny climate here in Cyprus it is not necessary to smoke in the bedrooms or bathrooms. We were very fortunate that we did not have a guest arriving on the same day as the property needed several days of airing.
