As it is an area for relaxation, we have an age limit on 16 to make sure that it remains a calm place for all guests. It is informed upon arrival regarding the cleaning. It is done for sustainability. Since a lot of water is used when cleaning.You are of course always welcome to get a daily cleaning. Hi Xaviere,Thanks for your review.To comment on the comments: Only superior and above room categories are incl. a kettle coffe the. Menus can be found in the room. There is a big QR code with information on everything the hotel offers (food, spa, etc.). Regarding no tissues, cotton stick etc. we are a sustainable hotel and do therefore not offer them for free for the guests due to the fact a lot of people throw them in toilets, on the street etc.

Hi,Thanks for your review. The kettle comes with higher room categories such as Superior, Superior plus, Junior Suite and the Master Suite. We can always offer an upgrade for when you arrive. :) Regarding the luggage storage, it is due to the fact it is safer for the guests to store it in a locker, The locker is locked and can only be opened with the guest(s) debit/credit cards.
