Our plane landed early morning so we arrived at the hotel at 9h00! We perfectly understand we can’t get a room and we only wanted to store our luggage in a room prior to starting visiting Copenhagen! We were sent in the basement where paying automatic locker boxes were lined up! 50 DKK for our large luggage and 40DKK for a smaller one! 90DKK (15€) charged every 4 hours started! Outrageous for a 4 star hotel at this price already! We travel regularly around the world and it it the 1st time we see this! And when you know they have a store room behind the desk…(we saw some customers taking their luggage from there!) The following morning a real mess at the breakfast restaurant, fully packed, 15mn to get a table, some empty trays… The Hotel has around 600 bedrooms, impersonnal, no charm, everything is with a price (umbrella to borrow, luggage storage…) We booked a family room, but it is far too small for a family, when the sofa bed is open, and you have a luggage per person, no more space to put a foot on the floor! A cash machine for the owner but inhuman! Not at all a good value for money! To be avoided!

Ils ont une très belle piscine mis celle-ci est payante pour les enfants (et pas donnee) ils souhaitent offrir une expérience spa wellness à des enfants alors que nos têtes blondes souhaitaient juste s’amuser dans l’eau. Donc très frustrant et hors de prix pour profiter du spa

Séjour de 4 nuits. Accueil sympathique, chambre très correcte , pas très grande. Le ménage et les serviettes ne sont pas changées tous les jours par souci d'écologie et c'est bien. Par contre, pas de rajout de sachets de thé ou café tous les jours dans la chambre et pour un 4 étoiles c'est dommage. Location de vélos sur place, avec prêt de casque ce qui est très pratique. Petit déjeuner pantagruélique.

Avis mitigé
Bel hôtel, bien que très impersonnel tellement c’est une usine. Chambre confortable propre et moderne mais avec le strict minimum d’équipement, même pas Une bouteille d’eau à dispo. Personnel très peu aimable, voir catastrophique, on nous a donné deux fois de fausses informations. A 9h30, quand le petit déjeuner ferme ils enlèvent tout de façon assez cavalière. Pour tout ce qui n’est pas prévu prévoir de payer des suppléments chers ( piscine, parapluie, bagagerie,…) mais bon c’est un peu à l’image de la ville. Hôtel en “ bout” de ville donc parfois loin de certains points d’interêt. Le bus 26 s’arrête juste en face pour aller jusqu’au palais sinon 10/15 min à pieds de Tivoli et de la gare centrale. Pas grand chose à côté pour dîner.

Hôtel propre et bien entretenu, design agréable et matériaux de qualité. Localisé dans un quartier calme, à 15min à pieds de tivoli. La chambre est équipé d’une tv avec chromecast, et le débit internet permet de regarder la tv ou du streaming sans problème. Le petit déjeuner proposé est bon avec des produits de qualité (ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas dans les hôtels). Points négatifs : pour garder les bagages le jour d’arrivée ou au départ c’est via un automate payant. Pas de possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres (l’air est super sec).

Si effectivement il y a une piscine, on déchante rapidement car cette dernière est payante et interdite aux moins de 16 ans. Le prix est également prohibitif puisqu'il faut débourser environ 50 euros pour 2 heures. Cela aurait mérité d'être précisé lors de la réservation

Ce qui ne m'a pas plu du tout : les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas, aération uniquement par climatiseur, pas de papier ni stylo, pas de menus dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire thé café dans la chambre, pas de crochets dans la salle de bains pour vêtements, pas assez d'étagères, pas de tissues kleenex, pas de limes à ongles, coton tiges, etc...

Hi Xaviere,Thanks for your review.To comment on the comments: Only superior and above room categories are incl. a kettle coffe the. Menus can be found in the room. There is a big QR code with information on everything the hotel offers (food, spa, etc.). Regarding no tissues, cotton stick etc. we are a sustainable hotel and do therefore not offer them for free for the guests due to the fact a lot of people throw them in toilets, on the street etc.

Arnaque en bonne et due forme
Le seul argument du choix de cet hôtel, c'est sa piscine... or il apparait - et ce n'est mentionné nul part sur hotels.com - qu'elle a un accès payant en plus, même pour la clientèle. Un pur scandale. Les chambres sont ridiculement petites. la douche mal nettoyée (cheveux dans le conduit d'écoulement) mais pire, l'amabilité du personnel est à la limite du scandale où pour une arrivée un peu tôt (13h) on nous refuse de garder les bagages jusqu'au moment du check-in... à moins de prendre une chambre en surclassement... à presque 100€ de plus... Les chaines de télévision étrangères sont anecdotiques et le prix du minibar surfait. Reste le petit-déjeuner : si la globalité des produits est plutôt bonne, le café est une pure horreur, même les allemands n'oseraient pas en faire d'aussi mauvais ! Bref, un bâtiment neuf et moderne qui a les coûts d'un 4 étoiles mais pas la capacité de satisfaire la clientèle pour un coût extrêmement - trop - élevé.

Tout semble très bien au premier abord ! Chambre propre, moderne avec tous les équipements nécessaire sauf que sur deux nuits de présence pas de menage pas de changement de serviette rien. Chaque détail est facturé du parapluie, à la bouilloire au service de bagage. Tout est facture au client dans cet hôtel très fréquenté à cause de son grand nombre de chambre.

We can always offer an upgrade for when you arrive. :) Regarding the luggage storage, it is due to the fact it is safer for the guests to store it in a locker, The locker is locked and can only be opened with the guest(s) debit/credit cards. Slot von 30 Minuten zum Frühstücken wenn man um 9 Uhr bucht genau um 9.35 wird alles weggeräumt wir mussten alleine 5 Minuten für Kaffee anstehen, wenig Plätze. Dazu dürfen Kinder nicht den Pool nutzen zahlen aber denselben Reisepreis. Gepäckaufbewahrung nur in einem Terminal der fast voll war für horrende Preise. Personal unfreundlich

About a 10 minute walk from central station / Tivoli gardens. Big hotel with a few conferences being held but these were extremely well managed and didn’t interfere with us. Cleaning of room was on request which we didn’t use therefore our tea, coffee and milk rations weren’t replenished daily. Beautiful showers, towels could have been far more luxurious to compliment the bathroom. Toiletries also very good. Poor selection of tv. Breakfast really lovely, huge choice and despite the amount of guests there was room for all. Book a time slot and stay until they clear away 09.30. So disappointed that the pool wasn’t included in our stay, very expensive to use and again you need to book a time slot. Didn’t use the restaurants as menu unappealing to us.

We had an amazing stay here. We rented bikes at the hotel and were able to navigate everywhere. It is close to the train station and major attractions. The breakfast was really amazing.

Perfect hotel for tourists. We walked to all attractions, restaurants and shopping areas, but the hop on hop off station is right in front of the hotel. The property itself is modern and clean, with friendly staff and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again next time.

We liked the silence inside the room, the furniture, the bathroom (walk-in shower), the breakfast is magnificent and good quality for kids and adults ( a lot of variety, cereals, wafles, pancakes, good vegetables, gluten free variants, oat milk/almond milk, chia, 4-5 fruits and a lot more). Espresso house is very good inside the same hotel. Possibility to rent bicycles around 200 dkk per day. I know this hotel has 8.2 grade, but in my opinion I think it should have a better grade.

Property worked for us overall. Breakfast is nice and served adjacent to the lobby; can get very busy, keep this in mind. Lights in the room are difficult to manage for both having them on and the level of brightness. No tissues/kleenex in the room at all. Location is convent to public transportation. Get to know your buses, they will save you time, money and much walking. Despite this, we still managed to get a great many steps in a day. We did not try the Metro/Subway. The hotel is a very busy property for tourist travel and business travel. There was even a marathon while we were there. Room was on the smaller size, but not terrible. It fit our needs.
