Our Atrium rooms are indeed facing our Atrium in the inner part of the buildings, with a scenery of greenery at the bottom of the Atrium. In Scandinavia our rooms are usually a bit smaller than the rest of Europe. However, should you need any guidance in choosing the perfect sized room in the future, please reach out to us, as we have an in-house reservation department who will be pleased to assist you in this matter. I would like to offer my apologies for any inconveniences caused to you with our showers. Our housekeeping and maintenance department regularly check our rooms to ensure that their is no mold or anything similar. However, should you experience any unusual smells during your next visit, please reach out to us immediately, so that we can take action on the issue. I have shared your review with the head of departments in order to improve our services.Nonetheless, I am happy to read that you did enjoy the great location and wonderful service that NH Collection Copenhagen offers. We hope that you will visit us again in the future so we can show you the actions taken and to give you the 5-star experience we aim to give!With kind regards,
