Nice hotel where I regularly stay but this time the room was not cleaned and the bag of the bin forgotten in the bathroom. Rest of dried liquid on the floor. That's not the expectation from a 5 *

L’hotel est correct mais n est pas un 5 étoiles. Le service aux clients est médiocre . Le manager du Rooftop est passablement odieux avec les clients de l’hôtel , ce qui laisse pantois. Le room service est lent et vous met à contribution pour porter vos plateaux dans la chambre. Il reste du travail! Pour finir sur une note positive, le personnel de l’accueil est agréable et professionnel.

Agréable mais pas réellement au niveau d'un 5*
Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel neuf est bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute. Après une première chambre ne correspondant pas à nos attentes, nous avons pu en changer. Un bémol toutefois sur le nettoyage des chambres, nous retrouvions souvent à notre retour les verres et tasses sales laissés le matin. A déconseiller : les chambres Atrium, pourtant plus onéreuses que les chambres de luxe, qui ont vue sur... une autre chambre.

Property looks new and modern. Staff are helpful. The restaurant on site is really nice with excellent service and high quality menu and delicious food. The only complaint is with the cleaning crew. They didn’t clean the room very well. Still have dirty marks on tables and nightstand. The bed was poorly made and sloppy. Not at all hotel standards. There is no turn down service as expected of a 5 star hotel. I guess they are just short staffed.

Hotel was great! Very new and modern hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. We were there during the stock market building fire (obviously beyond their control) which made the hotel smell like smoke, but the hotel staff went through vigorous lengths to remove the smell from the building in a timely manor, which was well appreciated. Hotel is close to transportation and many good restaurants which is beneficial. Would definitely recommend this hotel again in Copenhagen.

Beautiful hotel and wonderfully friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and situation very convenient. Weather wasn’t great so roof terrace wasn’t a place we could enjoy as we could have but fantastic views! Would highly recommend!

The room itself was really good (nice city view, clean, modern). Unfortunately we had several problems with the hotel‘s booking system. We did the online check-in in advance which took extremely long. As we arrived we checked in at the desk as we we’re told in the email confirmation. We received our room key cards, moved into our room and later went to the hotel bar where they told us that our room was not booked and our name was not in the system. So we had to do the check-in another time. We received new key cards without presenting an ID or something. Two days later our key cards didn‘t work anymore. At the desk we again received new key cards for our room - again without ID. Upon our request wether they needed an ligitimization we we’re asked for our Date of birth and the man said they would know they guest. At least we saw him for the first time…

Great hotel located just out of the main city across the bridge - easy 10 minute walk. Some cafes around a short walk to a metro station. Staff all very friendly and up for a chat. Room was lovely, spacious. Didn't have breakfast but ate at the restaurant once for dinner and food was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Nicely located with great breakfast buffet , however the rooms were tiny and the atrium rooms with / adults and child had a view of a moldy hole surrounded by other windows from people stuck in these atrium rooms. The shower had no door and no fan and it smelled moldy and water and steam got everything in the bathroom wet. Great location great service but I would not stay longer in that room !

Our Atrium rooms are indeed facing our Atrium in the inner part of the buildings, with a scenery of greenery at the bottom of the Atrium. In Scandinavia our rooms are usually a bit smaller than the rest of Europe. However, should you need any guidance in choosing the perfect sized room in the future, please reach out to us, as we have an in-house reservation department who will be pleased to assist you in this matter. I would like to offer my apologies for any inconveniences caused to you with our showers. Our housekeeping and maintenance department regularly check our rooms to ensure that their is no mold or anything similar. However, should you experience any unusual smells during your next visit, please reach out to us immediately, so that we can take action on the issue. I have shared your review with the head of departments in order to improve our services.Nonetheless, I am happy to read that you did enjoy the great location and wonderful service that NH Collection Copenhagen offers.
