From May 25 to August 29, the calendar is set for the 6 night rotation of Cooperstown Baseball Dreams Park.
May 25 - May 31, May 31- June 6, June 6 -12, June 12 -18, June 18 -24,
June 24 - 6-30, June 30 -July 6, July 6-12, July 12-18, July 18-24,
July 24 -30, July 30- August 5, August 5-11, August 11-17, August 17-23,
August 23-29. Two night minimum for 8/29 - 9/30

COUNTRY CHARMER two story home with 3 bedrooms (queen, double, twin, six person maximum), 2 full bathrooms, laundry, all linens, fully furnished kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, wireless internet, central air, furnished back deck overlooking fields and hills with incredible sunsets, and partially shaded. Picnic table and patio set on the deck and grill on the lawn for that perfect eat outdoors weather. Enjoy the closeness of Dreams Park, Hall of Fame, museums, shops, parks and the gorgeous Lake Otsego. Take the Glimmerglass Tour Boat ride with a history commentary in enclosed glass seating or on top for fresh air and sunshine. Groceries, restaurants, breweries and wine trails all between 1-30 miles away. Come back to all the comforts of home and relax. Check out the pics and descriptions. Information center in the home provides brochures and restaurant menus, with a House Guide for Cank's Home Plate I. Our motto is Close, Comfortable and Clean. Syracuse and Albany are the closest airports.

My husband was in the barracks with the team for Cooperstown so my mom and brother joined me since he played at Dreams Park back in the late 90’s. This house was perfect for the 3 of us. It was clean, close to dreams park, breweries and Main Street in downtown Cooperstown. It was fantastic. The host was super responsive whenever I had a question, and kept the house in great shape. The showers were hot and water pressure great, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of TVs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Cooperstown trip memorable and comfortable!

This was the perfect place to stay for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had everything we needed for our stay and our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything. I hope to rent again in a few years when the younger brother is ready for Cooperstown!

The house was very cozy and felt like being home. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and my inlaws for my son's week long baseball tournament. With the house being only minutes away from the ballpark, we were able to run back to the house several times a day, if needed, between games. John and Veronica were very friendly and easy to reach with any concerns we had during our stay. We highly recommend the Cank's house if you're visiting Cooperstown.

This property was exactly as advertised. It we very neat and clean and very comfortable. The husband stopped by to make sure we were all set and within a half hour the wife did the same offering us local info and her direct numeber should we need anything. They over deliverd on their great hospitaility and being real nice people.

This property was perfect for our week at Dreams Park. It was only a few minutes away from the fields and less than 10 minutes away from downtown Cooperstown. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a fun week of baseball. We had no issues, but John was readily available if we needed him.

We stayed for a week while our son played at Dreams Park. The location was close and easy for the daily back and forth between games. This home also provided so many extra little things you may need (park towels- IYKYK)! All the modern conveniences you need are there, though my children thought the VCR in their room was so cool! I was most happy with the cleanliness of the home. This place was spotless! If we return for my next son to play ball, I would seek out staying here again! Thanks for a great stay!

The house was perfect for our weekend family getaway with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. The spotless house is spacious with lots of comfortable sofas in the living room, a large kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, a large dining room table, and comfortable beds in the three bedrooms. My wife and I stayed at Cank's place while our son competed in the Dreams Park tournament. It was GREAT having some space and the location is ideal. It's very close to both Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown, but also quiet at night. More than anything, John was a phenomenal host. He welcomed us when we first checked in, was readily available if we needed anything (we didn't), and had great tips/suggestions for experiencing both the tournament and Cooperstown. I will be suggesting Cank's place to future year teams from MN.
