« I was charged for my stay at the hotel after I strongly told them that everything was prepaid. The front desk person was rude and did not seem to care. I had to call expedia for the hotel to refund me. Breakfast was terrible with barely any choice. Scrambled eggs, sausage, no toast with a jit of yogourt. « I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. Regarding the room, it unfortunately didn’t smell good, there were stains on the walls, and everything felt quite old. We even had to disinfect the bathroom ourselves, as we didn’t...

« We were out for 1 day and needed a clean comfortable room. The bed was huge and me and my wife slept like babies. The TV was also awesome as we had a wide selection of shows and channels to watch as we settled in. Kim was very sweet and got us checked in and in our room, super-fast. I would certainly go back. »

« Some negative reviews were not our experience at all. Our room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The linens were of good qualitive, Breakfast was ample and well-presented. The staff was pleasant and responsive. Other guests were amiable. Ours was a fine experience. »

« Great place, friendly staff, centrally located in the town, and just a few blocks from the Schuylkill River Trail, which extends all the way to Philadelphia. However, there is a bar across the street that played loudly until 2:30 a.m. when I stayed there on a recent Friday evening and I could feel the bass, so perhaps request a room further back from the street. Also, plan to eat at a breakfast cafe as the breakfast offered is just granola bars and coffee. »
