Enjoy your next getaway in this 3+ bedroom, 3 bath waterfront house on Pequawket Pond with 2 car garage and sleeping for 12 people. Relax in the open concept living and dining area, complete with large deck off the main living area that looks out to the wooded lot and Pequwaket Pond. Rainy day during your stay? Not to worry, we've got you covered... Challenge your family and friends to a free spirited game of pool or foosball in the lower level family room, this space is sure to entertain. Spring of 2024 the owners added a fire table for guests to enjoy!

This beautiful house is situated on a wooded lot with waterfrontage on Pequawket Pond. To access the waterfront, take the stairs through the backyard down to the water where you will find a seating area with access to a dock and swim platform and fire pit (permit required). From the waterfront you will be greeted with views of Mount Washington and possibly catch a glimpse of a loon! Property owner recently added a gas fire table for guest use. Please note, this property does not have a sandy beach. If a sandy beach is what you are looking for, you can walk or drive down the street to the private association beach on Pequawket Pond.

Come to spend quality time with your family and friends in this lovely home or venture out into the Valley, and discover all that this beautiful area has to offer.

LAYOUT:

Main Level - Open living area with wood burning stove, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with full bed (sleeps 2) and 3/4 bathroom with shower.

Second Level - Bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) and walk-in closet, bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and full bathroom with double sink and combination tub/shower.

Lower Level - Spacious entertainment room with pool table and Foos Ball table option. Bedroom with twin size bunk bed (sleeps 2) and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Bonus Room (above the garage) - Master suite with queen bed (sleeps 2) and gas fireplace, sitting area with pull-out sofa (sleeps 2) and 3/4 bathroom with shower.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, flat screen TVs, entertainment room with pool table and foosball table, waterfront with dock (early July 2022), swim dock, fire pit (permit required for wood burning fire pit) and propane fire table. Master suite above the garage, main level bedroom and second level will have AC units during the summer months. ***House is not fully air conditioned***. Spring of 2024 a new fire table was added to the property.

Available for weekend and weekly rentals during the Spring and Fall, weekly rentals in the Summer and a 6 month season rental during the Winter. Winter season rental $16,000 not including additional taxes, fees or utilities. Please contact us for more information.

interior ok outside needs attention

Having rented this unit for our anniversary was a disappointment. Interior was clean. Not having been alerted that there was no towels and linens was troublesome. maybe put that at the top of your description, and Select management should tell you that upon pickup of the key. i stay at many VRBO for work and this is the first without linens. Outside upper deck was not swept, my wife did that. Stairs to the dock have not been cleaned/swept for months, i swept due to safety concern and i didn’t wish my family to have to see the mess. Bottom platform were firepit was, looks like it never has been maintenance this year with last years leaves and pine needles, i even had to clean the chairs before use. The dollar value i paid i do expect simple items like these to be completed. I enjoyed the property after 3 hours of cleaning outside, but this is the reason why i rent a place, this was the first bad review i ever had to write, its a shame the home and location is beautiful.

Lots of space for everyone!

We had an enjoyable time at this location. The pond was beautiful and quiet. The accommodations were good although we missed the personal touches we have had it the past at other VRBO rentals. Lots of picture hooks hanging on the wall with no pictures which was odd. The dishwasher didn't work ( which we were informed of when we got there) which I understand they didn't have time to fix. It just made it difficult doing dishes for 6 people. I would prefer to have paper products included next time. Bringing TP, hand soap, dish towels etc.. and bedding was a lot. Might want to make some updates for the future.

I would recommend this house for a group. We had a great time with plenty of space. The house is everything stated on the website. Everything was clean, updated appliances, well-stocked with dishes, some spices, utensils and everything needed to prepare quick meals. Beds and furniture were all comfortable and clean. Pool table and games in the lower level were fun. The view of the pond was really nice. Due to rainy conditions, we did not use the fire pit, but seemed pretty easy to submit an online application for a fire permit which would have been $3.00. Must be nice in the warmer months down by the dock. Pond looks great for canoes and kayaks. Beautiful spot and extra room / bedroom came in handy for the parents with children.

Great for a big family.

The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great views from the deck and the pond is nice. The steps / path to the pond is a bit steep. We had a great week and will consider this property for a future stay.

Wonderful rental in tranquil setting

I stayed at this property with my family over a long weekend. The house was comfortable and inviting and situated in a quiet neighborhood on a lovely small pond. Would definitely rent again if in the area.
