« Clean and welcoming »

« Cottage is in a great location within easy walking distance to Sandy Bay shops, cafes and also to Salamanca Place. Quiet & off-street parking is a bonus. Washing machine and dryer are handy to have. The cosy log (gas) fire is enough to warm the cottage, plus heated towel rail and heated floor tiles in the bathroom are an added extra that was appreciated. »

« Only Acceptable If You Are Used To Sleeping Next To A Highway. Not Fit For Purpose.We arrived in the afternoon and had to immediately find alternative accommodation. This place is on a main road into the Hobart CBD with heavy traffic just meters from the bedrooms. Both bedrooms face out onto the main road with cars, heavy vehicles streaming down constantly and the decibel level is exceptionally high. The vibration from the traffic actually shook the house. « The property being withing walking distance to supermarkets, shops, cafes and bus stops made it absolutely perfect for our needs. The property itself was clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay again. In fact, I tried to book again for a couple of weeks later but it wasn't available. The only slight disappointment was the slow internet and the fact that even though there was a Smart TV we weren't able to connect to any of our own streaming channels. »
