« We spent 4 days in the Iona's house. Il was a very nice stay. We enjoyed Sydney and it was a real pleasure to come back in Birchgrove at night to enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood and rest in the house. The house is beautiful and very welcoming. The decor is very personal and we loved it !Iona was very friendly and we have no encountered any problem. Great stay ! »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Boathouse! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s like stepping back in time, a lot of antique and many table games. Best thing it’s no wifi Kids gets to be kids during our stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with a beautiful ocean swimming pool nearby and lovely cafés only 2 minutes away. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking...

« Stunning views! Very well supplied with everything needed for a long term stay. Nice leather reclining seating with a high quality large screen TV. Note that there is a steep driveway up to the entrance and then difficult steps for heavy suitcases up to the main floor. »
