« Beautiful property, comfy room, delicious breakfast »

« Comfortable accommodation though the bed was a little hard. Pet friendly but surprised the area surrounding the cottage was not fenced so the dog had to be tied up. The grass needed to be mown and was concerned there could be snakes lurking in the long grass. Overall, a good place to stay, quiet and a 20 minute walk into Richmond. »

« Only Acceptable If You Are Used To Sleeping Next To A Highway. Not Fit For Purpose.We arrived in the afternoon and had to immediately find alternative accommodation. This place is on a main road into the Hobart CBD with heavy traffic just meters from the bedrooms. Both bedrooms face out onto the main road with cars, heavy vehicles streaming down constantly and the decibel level is exceptionally high. The vibration from the traffic actually shook the house. « Cottage is in a great location within easy walking distance to Sandy Bay shops, cafes and also to Salamanca Place. Quiet & off-street parking is a bonus. Washing machine and dryer are handy to have. The cosy log (gas) fire is enough to warm the cottage, plus heated towel rail and heated floor tiles in the bathroom are an added extra that was appreciated. »
