There was, however, little room to store belongings and clothing and a number of possible options were locked closed.The location was secluded and located in what had previously been the backyard of the streetfront house.If guest expectation was for some coastal outlook it was a disappointment. If you are after a quiet, private setting to relax and as a base to explore the local area, it fits the bill perfectly. »

« Heather is a great host. She goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The cottage is small but all you need for a stay in KV. Kitchen is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. The house is one of three up a driveway/lane but we found it. It's close to the shops etc »

« A lovely mix of mini-farm-stay but in accommodation with all of the modern conveniences. Loved the quiet location, feeding the very friendly chickens, birdlife, and lovely hosts. Yes, the property (more so the surrounds) aren't immaculately curated, but that was absolutely fine with us. The only real negative was the advertised gas heating had been removed, and the replacement oil heaters were a tad inadequate. Would definitely like to return in the non-winter period. »

« Our stay at Milton garden cottage was very comfortable and has easy access for anyone with a moderate mobility issue as I have. We had everything we needed to make our stay convenient and comfortable and the location is excellent. Milton is a really organised little town and has some lovely independent shops, restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance or 2 minute car journey. Pilgrims veggie cafe is excellent and has an uncover area where we could take the dog. Culprits Winery well...

"Chambre propre dans l'ensemble. Un peu de poussiĂšre au niveau des plaques en bois le long de la tĂȘte de lit. Manque 2 fauteuils. Place de parking devant la chambre. Petit dej bien avec pas mal de choix (bacon, beans tomate, toast, confiture, beurre de cacahuĂšte, jus de fruit, cĂ©rĂ©ales). Nous avons dĂźner le soir. Repas bon sans plus mais la dame au bar Ă©tait trĂšs gentil. HĂŽtel pratique pour une ou deux nuits."
