« We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful property! Everything was easy with checking in and the place was even better than we expected. Beds were comfy and the rooms were all clean and welcoming. The heated pool was great for the weather and all the activities on site were so much fun. The highlight is of course the cows! Highly recommend booking a stay here! »

« Facilities were great and Wendy was very helpful and responsive. The property was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet location with good views, and most importantly for us, a large enough table to play board games. »

« We (2 families of 5) stayed at the property for 4 days. The house perfectly suited our families with young children with lots of farm animals around and plenty of space for the kids to have fun. The house is located on a picturesqe spot looking back at the Blue Mountains. The house was clean and well maintained. »

« Peaceful, quiet and private spot - great for a total switch off away from the world. Tennis court provided hours of fun and we really appreciated the 'surprise' of breakfast supplies and cheese and crackers in the fridge. »

« We had a large group stay for a long weekend corporate hospitality experience. The house is nice, well stocked and the outdoor areas are a great size for entertaining a large group. Sarah the host and Barney the property manager were both easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions. »

« The house was spacious and comfortable. Indoor pool was definitely the highlight because we didn't have to worry about weather. The location was excellent about a 10 min drive from Lithgow. Communication was excellent from the host, I had a question and he got back to me straight away. Added bonus we got to see quite a few a kangaroos in the back. Would highly recommended for a group. I look forward to going there again. »

« Over charged from the start eventually refundedMess from previous occupants dirty stove etc pool not working spa out of service after being told pool area was completely usable and functional. Hard to get hold of, lots of back and forth very frustrating.Ended up cancelling remaining stay, property not as advertised.Managers of property agreed to refund the majority of money paid due to the numerous disappointments.Ruined the trip won't be back »

« We had a lovely stay at Orangewood. The house was spacious and comfortable for 12 adults. We stayed in winter and despite the cold temperatures outside, the house was warm and cozy once the portable heaters and fires were on. »

« Needed a short break and Nilgiri Cottage was just the ticket.Adequate sleeping areas for winter (heated with electric blankets) or summer as verandahs are enclosed bedrooms when weather is hot. Kitchen was functional and well equipped.Place was cosy and fitted like a glove to our routine. We visited in winter so room and lounge heating covered those bases. Next time we'll bring some fire wood for heating.For astronomy, the skies were clear and views were 360 degrees. Also very quiet.We used...

« Deb was incredibly lovely when arranging our stay. On arrival there was ground coffee and a bottle of wine, which was a very thoughtful touch. The container home is quirky and cosy and we absolutely loved the indoor fire! We had a brilliant time celebrating, relaxing and re-setting for the week ahead. »
