« Beautiful property, comfy room, delicious breakfast »

« Comfortable accommodation though the bed was a little hard. Pet friendly but surprised the area surrounding the cottage was not fenced so the dog had to be tied up. The grass needed to be mown and was concerned there could be snakes lurking in the long grass. Overall, a good place to stay, quiet and a 20 minute walk into Richmond. »

« Stunning location. We only had one over-night there but wished we could have stayed longer. It was after dark when we arrived so it was a glorious surprise waking to just how close to the water we were. Will definitely be back! »

This place is on a main road into the Hobart CBD with heavy traffic just meters from the bedrooms. Both bedrooms face out onto the main road with cars, heavy vehicles streaming down constantly and the decibel level is exceptionally high. The vibration from the traffic actually shook the house.
