« Beautiful home very clean and fresh walking distance to Salamanca place good food choices and coffee shops along with coles and Woolies. Comfortable beds and cosy lounge. Owner easy to connect to and helpful. Only drawback was parking none on site and have to park at least a block away as no parking in street l. Also need to pay close attention to hours able to park. Would recommend this place every time . »

« Check in we were told what we can and cant do which I understand but this I'd never experienced, told the wood for the fire is expensive try not to have a fire. The house is straight out of the 70s, dark interiors made the place feel depressing. Nik naks everywhere, bathroom sink and unit smelt damp, We couldnt wait to leave.The only positive was that dogs were allowed. »

« 😀 Das Charles Reuben Estate ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr geräumig mit einem besonderen Flair. Es ist in einer ruhigen Weingegend angesiedelt. 🙁 Wir wollten den BBQ benutzen, dieser war aber derart schmutzig, dass wir unser Stück Fleisch in der Pfanne gebraten haben. Schade dass beim Schlafzimmer kein Badezimmer vorhanden ist, wer ab und zu in der Nacht raus muss hat nicht gerade Freude die Treppen hinunter und wieder hinauf. »

« Only Acceptable If You Are Used To Sleeping Next To A Highway. Not Fit For Purpose.We arrived in the afternoon and had to immediately find alternative accommodation. This place is on a main road into the Hobart CBD with heavy traffic just meters from the bedrooms. Both bedrooms face out onto the main road with cars, heavy vehicles streaming down constantly and the decibel level is exceptionally high. The vibration from the traffic actually shook the house. « Lots of wildlife. Secluded location. Not enough convenient outlets. Split unit heater did not work. Property management brought a second space heater on day 2. Space heaters worked in the bedrooms but could not warm up the living area and kitchen. Internet extremely slow and no cell service. »

« Everything about the property was amazing and I highly recommend it to others. The house was beautifully and tastefully decorated with everything that you could possibly need. The gardens are also very lovely. »
