« LA DÉCEPTION ! L’appartement est dans un tel état d’usage qu’il faudrait songer à le rénover , mobilier peinture décoration . Wifi efficace à 30% coupures incessantes , nombreuses zones non couvertes dans l’appartement, Aucune attention à notre arrivée pas même une bouteille d’eau ou un fond de café . Un manque évident de professionnalisme. À ÉVITER pour un rapport qualité prix bien en dessous de nos attentes . »

« Everything was great! Julie was always available if needed. It was a great location in Sydney. Even though we were not feeling well part of the time, was easy to find a pharmacy and Door Dash was quick with delivery of food. Really enjoyed our visit. When we felt better, there were some fantastic restaurants and Coffe shops near us. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Communication from the property manager was timely and clear. We need some clarification on the check in process but got a quick response. The biggest complaint is that the property doesn’t include a clothes dryer. There is a drying rack but we were disappointed that there wasn’t an actual dryer. »

« Location was great, walking distances to 2 train stations, supermarkets, coffee shops and some restaurants. Just 10min or so train ride to central Sydney. Environment was quiet and nice. Room was clean, staffs reachable via emails and chats. Water pressure of the shower was good too. Miele washing machine and kitchen very useful. Overall it was a very good stay, highly recommended. Improvements: Shower space was half open so we had to wipe the bathroom floor every time we showered. Dining...

« Everything was just perfect, from accessing the property to its stunning location. The view alone could entertain you for hours. The only aspect that was difficult was the lack of air con with the hot and humid weather. This maybe a strata issue, as it would appear no other unit within the complex had AC. »
