Conseil de Inner West - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« The door to the property was wide open on arrival, we felt unsafe given it had been left open and did not stay. Host was uncontactable. »

« Had such a great stay at UKO Potts Point! The location is super convenient and made getting around Sydney so easy, esp for work. I also absolutely loved the rooftop, such a great space to relax and enjoy the city. A huge thank you to Stevan, the Senior Community Manager, who was incredible to communicate with. He was always friendly, responsive and so helpful, and really made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sydney. Highly recommend! »

« リッチや部屋は最高でした 初日メールボックスにカギ無く苦労した キッチンの換気扇が動かない シャワーの扉仕切りが無く使いづらい »

« Perfect location, the host is amazing she helps us a a lot and she is friendly »

« Excellent design. Very convenient location. »

« Too expensive to put up with over 2 hour wait to check (where we were expected to walk to local cafe with 5 pieces of luggage) and was told the readon for the delay was that they needed to clean the apartment properly. Turned up again at 5pm to get in and apartment was still not ready. When we finally did get in there were pubic hairs in the upstairs shower and 4 dead flies on the floor on upstairs bedroom. »

« Perfect location, near 2 light rail stops, and two ferry wharfs, undercover parking across the road (paid parking) and easy walking distance to Barangaroo, city centre, China town. Easy access to ferry to get to Circular Quay for access to The Rocks or ferries to Watsons Bay or Manly. Plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. »

« The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here. »

« Great property. »

« No toilet paper, rubbish bags or dishwasher tablets on our arrival. T Paper and r bags were supplied a few days later. Bed was uncomfortable and felt like your feet were higher than your head! Bottom bed sheet was rumpled and we wondered if it had been changed since the last occupant! We found the sheet was so worn it had holes in it down the foot end! Peter, the agent, was ok to work with. Great views and everthing else was ok. »

« The place was great, nice furniture and comfortable beds. The location was amazing. It was close to the beach, bus stop right outside your door, and close to great food. Highly recommend! »

« Located just a 6–10 minute walk from the train and Metro stations, the location was ideal. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus, letting me wear fresh clothes the very next day. »

« Great experience! The apartment is beautiful - newly renovated and very stylish. It felt extremely clean and fresh. The bed is super comfortable too - king sized. The host was great and thought of every detail, including a beach bag with towels for the awesome nearby beaches. The apartment is walkable to the best neighborhoods and restaurants. It was our first time in Sydney and we loved the location. Highly recommend! »

« The whole process with Andy was very hassel free, from booking to departure. Andy kept in contact with us the whole time and was very quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment had fabulous views. It was very clean and had anything we required to cook our own meals. Quick walk to the train station & Accor Stadium. Nice cafes & restaurants just a quick walk away. We will be back. Thank you Andy. »

« The location in the Rock is excellent! There are several bars and restaurants close by and the Opera house is easily walkable. The kitchen has the basics but I wouldn't plan on any major cooking projects. »
