« Only Acceptable If You Are Used To Sleeping Next To A Highway. Not Fit For Purpose.We arrived in the afternoon and had to immediately find alternative accommodation. This place is on a main road into the Hobart CBD with heavy traffic just meters from the bedrooms. « The property being withing walking distance to supermarkets, shops, cafes and bus stops made it absolutely perfect for our needs. The property itself was clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay again. In fact, I tried to book again for a couple of weeks later but it wasn't available. The only slight disappointment was the slow internet and the fact that even though there was a Smart TV we weren't able to connect to any of our own streaming channels. »

« Everything that we needed was closed by for us.We couldn’t false the house and there was information on things to do and see around Hobart.Phillip even told me how much it would cost to catch a taxi to the city if helped everyone that was staying at the house.If I go back to Hobart I would more likely to stay there again because you are over looking the city. »

« Place was very clean and the beds were fantastic. Parking is on a first come first serve basis between 3 houses. We did not have a problem with this (late September) but if it had been parking would have been very annoying. The size of the hot water tank meant very short showers for three people. Very cute terrace, but hundred plus year old places do have their foibles. An extremely narrow and very steep staircase (by modern standards) made it awkward for luggage and would be unsuitable for...
