« I loved the house in Manchester. It was truly close to the Etihad Stadium. The rooms are good sized and the beds were comfortable. The house has excellent heating system to beat the freezing weather of Manchester. Everything in the kitchen is labelled for easy identification and some snacks were available. Every room has a TV and the TV downstairs is large with good programming options to choose from »

« Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. « Beautiful refurb. Overall very comfortable. On street parking stressful (but successful in the end). Kitchen roll and a sharp knife in the kitchen would be useful. The bathroom sink produced hot water, but not the shower, which was disappointing. »
