We only stayed one night (of three). Once again with Expedia, it was the communication that really let us down. My phone was stolen a couple of days before we were to check in. I immediately reached out to Expedia and to the property to ask that they send check-in instructions to my daughter's phone number. No one ever did. We arrived at the property late with no instructions. The security guards at the property were wonderful and tried to help (they did help), but they couldn't get in touch with the unit's owner either. The apartment itself was fine, although very sterile. Nothing warm about it including the temperature of the rooms. There is no central heating. There were two small and ineffective space heaters (for four rooms and 2 bathrooms). There were also no amenities like no hand or bath soap or shampoo or even salt and pepper. As we were getting ready to go shop for these basics, we decided to just go to a hotel where we would have all the things we needed. The clincher, the unit is in a village of high rise buildings that were mostly empty, like a ghost town. I realize it's winter and it didn't bother me much but my daughter did not feel safe. This would have been a much better experience if Expedia listing said "don't expect to find any of the hygiene basics you might need for a stay," if communication had been better, if there had been heat, and I am sure it would be an immeasurably better experience in the summer. The view was gorgeous.
