« This property is incredible. It’s a smaller but cute and comfortable cottage. It was clean and they were very accommodating to us. The hosts were friendly and ready to help. It’s hidden in the trees but not too remote either! With wifi included it was a comfortable stay. We were able to see multiple deers around the property and felt very safe. There was little to no bugs surprisingly! The lake is a 30 second walk where you can enjoy fishing. We were able to catch a couple different bass and it...

« This was our first time stay here and it was a great experience. We had 12 adults there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We also had 4 boats and it was a little tight at the docks, but we were able to make it work. Very nice area. The water was a little rough at the docks over the weekend with all the boats going by. It did settle down during the week. You can tell they have been working on the house to improve it. »

« This is an incredible property. It has just about everything you could want or need. We loved the access to the lake and the various water craft available. We even swam in the water, late in September. Inside has all the right amenities and more and incredibly comfortable beds. We wish we could have stayed for longer. »

« The cottage was modern inside. Kitchen had all new appliances with great storage. The bathroom was nice and the back room was equipped with laundry and all cleaning supplies. The view of the lake from the cottage was amazing. We ate every meal on the deck outside so we could take it in. It was a similar view from the fire pit as well. « Great communication with host. View onto the lake is stunning. Plenty of furniture outside to enjoy the view. Location is pretty central to Wendy’s Market, Elgin and Westport to stock up on groceries. House had all we needed (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, clean towels/linens. AC was nice to have as it was hot during our stay. House was cleaned nicely for our arrival. »

« Had an incredible two-night getaway with my wife! The cottage is very nice and clean with everything you need for an off-grid stay! The lake was very quiet and the floating dock was great for swimming. The standup paddle boards were a lot of fun to use! Westport is a nice little town near by if you need to pick anything up. « We were a group of friends who got together to celebrate two birthdays. This cottage was perfect. It is secluded and surrounded by trees. It is well equipped for the kitchen, bedding, towels and beds. The terrace is beautiful with garden furniture and a bbq. The basement is perfect for relaxing. What can we say about our host, Dwayne? Kind, attentive, he is very quick to answer our questions. We thank him for the welcome. We will definitely return. »

« We were not there much because we had a family wedding on Saturday, but we did enjoy the peacefulness and the view of the lake as well as a well supplied cottage my only complaint was the coffee pot. It needs to have some vinegar run through it because it’s quite clogged up and took forever to make coffee other than that. Everything was great. »

« We had a beautiful few days. It was extremely hot outdoors in the sun but the shade from the trees, roofed back deck over looking the lake, two gazebos and enjoying the lake kept us comfortable and the multi-zone heat pump with indoor units in each room kept us cool inside. We enjoyed the stand up paddle boards on the lake and lazing on the dock Great cottage and yard. Hosts were very thoughtful, welcoming and responsive. Thank you! »
