« Michael was an excellent host. Property was clean and equipped as promised. Complete with Keurig and K-cups! Very quiet community, close to the places that we needed to go. High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend »

« Had a beautiful and restful few days at "The Cottage." The full property is very private and the salt water pool made it feel like an oasis. There were lots of pool rafts to use which made the pool even better. The full property is very well maintained and the cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and cozy. Has everything you need for grilling and chilling but also some fun on site activites. Wonderful stay and many thanks to our hosts and their cool dogs! The host Brian was very friendly...

« I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back....

« Cozy, updated and stylish with ALL the comforts of home plus many things you may have forgotten or didn’t think you might need (nail clippers, zip lock bags, Tupperware, makeup remover). Quiet area w many trails for walking on property, High Bridge trail for biking literally crosses the driveway. Host were attentive and responsive in providing check in and check out instructions and available if needed and yet absent as well. Beautiful place to unplug and recharge and be active or reflective....

« Clean, comfortable place for 2-4 people. 4 might be pushing it with one bath. Ate at The Brew House and Mitchell’s and both were quite good. »
