« Lovely home in a fantastic location for bayside walks and exploring Clifton Springs. The place was clean, comfortable and well set up, and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Check-in was simple and we definitely will be back! »

« Although it was a comfortable quite a new house, we were very disappointed that the description on Expedia was misleading. It was advertised as a four-bedroom house, but it is only a three bedrooms. The fourth was actually a cabin in backyard required an additional fee. Additionally, one of air conditioners in the in bedroom faulty. We were told when inquired that technician would be sent for an inspection but no one ever showed up. »

« Gorgeous location and comfy bed. Woke up to beautiful sunrise and many kangaroos.The bed is a loft with ladder up. Might not suit those with poor mobility.Fabulous being able to bring our dog.Perfect stopover before Spirit of Tasmania day sail as it's only 30 min from harbour. »

« The host is very deceptive, it is advertised to be a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, it's a 3 bedroom and one bedroom is leased to a tenant. Only 2 bedrooms available with only bathroom available is an ensuite. Certainly not enough beds for the 6 people booking. I had to find other accommodation at premium rate due to the deception. Host unapologetic and am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Would not recommend at all. »
