« Upon arrival, I was greeted with confusion and told I did not have a reservation. The host picked through his computer telling me he had no record of my reservation. I showed him the numerous emails and confirmation from Verbo and they still could not find it. He asked me to show where I had paid for it so I provided the confirmation.
