« The amenities being different from the lodge was a little confusing/disappointing. Particularly the adherence to the 4pm check-in time and the upcharges associated with this. The host was accommodating as there were a few things missing. »

« Amazing place. Pictures don't do it justice. En suite bathrooms are a huge plus. Gameroom, bar area was a highlight. It's in a basement, not in a cold garage like most. Sparkling clean. Communication was prompt and owners went above and beyond to make are stay special. Well stocked, like all kinds of utensils, appliances, serving piecea, etc. Hot tub was great. « The host was kind enough to allow us to check in early. And we enjoyed the house and the location. However, the hot tub was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there were quite a few dirty dishes put away like they were cleaned but weren’t. The air hockey table in the game room was broken(pump for air didn’t work) the foosball table had a broken rod as well. The closet with board games was a disaster. The pictures in the listing were a bit misleading with different room/bed configurations...

« I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly.
