« We rented this spot for a family vacation to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The layout and bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The 1st level bedrooms had multiple beds, which were perfect for the kids in the group; the main (2nd level) had a bedroom that worked well for my in-laws, and all the couples had their own bedrooms on the 3rd floor. We were able to dock both our boats at the house and rented kayaks and paddleboards from EcoBay Kayaking Adventures. I highly recommend them also, if...

« We traveled with our adult kids (9), and grandkids (12 & 1). The space worked well for us. I wouldn’t go back with a toddler due to all the stairs. Also, if you have mobility issues - this is not your best bet. The main beds were comfortable. The twin roll out beds, not so much. There were 2 refrigerators which we were so excited about but only 1 worked. It ended up not being a big deal. Other than that, the location was great. A short walk to the beach and the community pool space was nice. »

« We usually stay at the Holiday Inn near by, but we had a larger group, so I wanted to find a bigger space for a better price. It was a perfect location, so the teens could go to the boardwalk on thier own. Also loved having 3 bathrooms and lot of spcae to spread out. Didn't realize how much I would like garage parking, but that was awesome too. »
