« We have stayed here several times and it is always perfect. The hosts are great and the house is perfect. »

« Generally, the place met the expectations but you must expect some humidity and what's come with it. If you plan to go to Boston with the train, expect some difficulties in late night because the train station is close, this is true, but at night the trains are not so easy to catch (consult the mbta site to understand the lines and their schedule). Our comeback from Fenway Park was a pain in the *** after the game. However, yes it's really quiet (at least the moments we were there). »

« Le studio est grand et confortable. Situé à 30 minutes du centre de Boston en métro puis en bus dans un quartier agréable. Cependant le studio est très bruyant avec une route à quatre voies qui passe sous les fenêtres. Le premier commerce est à 15 minutes à pied. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire. »

« Beds were comfortable, location was convenient for our needs, thankful for the shoveling and clearing of snow in the morning! »

« Over all the stay was good but there is room for improvement. There was a dental flosser under my bed and an earring on top of our towels. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 2 days. Also, I believe the pull out bed was broken so my son couldn’t sleep on it. He had to sleep on the sofa. There was coffee and creamer which I was thankful for but no sugar. »

« Very clean and very well supplied. The bathroom on first floor was not great and at 1am one night we believe people came to clean the unit next door and woke us all up for some time. Otherwise great location and great neighborhood. »

« The house is very dilapidated, and old. It was clean, but aged. The next door neighbors yard, which you can see and hear from the bedroom windows, is disgusting and full of trash. As two women, we were a little unnerved about the area surrounding the house. Sadly, I would not stay here again. The host, on the other hand, was fantastic. He was very kind and helpful. »

« Excellent home away from home. 7A was clean, comfortable and completely equipped. Located a few blocks from a Trader Joe’s and other shops and the commuter line made it a convenient location. The owner was mostly responsive and appreciated the early check in. A minor glitch with both lightbulbs going out in the kitchen leaving us with darkness for a day; would have been nice to hear back about how to replace the bulbs. Other than that, we were happy with our home away from home. »

« What a beautiful stay! The neighborhood is full of great food and is easy to navigate. Stas, the owner, was extremely helpful and hospitable. I cannot recommend this place enough! »
