« Our short 2 night Fall stay was very nice. The condo was comfortable in every way. It was in a lovely area and we enjoyed the Moss Glen hike and visit to the Nature Center nearby. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Dated but comfortable. The deck was almost not accessible because the door could hardly be opened. Frame was warped. Owners need to provide a variety of plug in’s because we could not charge hearing aides - no modern plugins. No internet - which is not acceptable. Some lights just flicker when turned on. Having said all that, we were happy with our stay. Have to say we were very impressed with the booking agency. Great customer service. »

« Our stay was in July. Rooms were clean and bright and size was adequate .Neighborhood was quiet.The temperature was 88 degrees and we had to ask for an air conditioner to be installed, even though it was advertised as having air conditioning. The custodian for the company was quickly responsive. The town is VERY small, so go to Ludlow for restaurants and shops- just 10 min away. Was adequate for our needs as we were visiting family. »

« The place was very dirty. The linens were dirty, the pots/pans and all of the cooking utensils were dirty. There was a rubber band on the floor in bathroom that didn't belong to us.There was only 3 forks and a few spoons. Very little silverwear. »

« Upon checking in, I was surprised to see that the unit was not cleaned before I arrived. There were various trash items(beer can, bottle caps, paper, etc) throughout the unit. There was several food crumbs scattered throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room area floors. The fireplace was not cleaned out of old wood/ASH and the surrounding floor was completely covered in ASH from previous fires. The coffee table was covered in ASH as well. The kitchen counter tops as well as the kitchen...

« Location was great. Very clean. Compared to other properties in the area, seemed like very good value for money. Only issue is that the pull out was extremely uncomfortable and the main bed was rock hard. Also no coffee maker except for a Kureag and the unit did not come with any pods.
