« TV remote did not work, so no tv for 3 days. The solution was to give me new batteries which did not work. Maintenance was performed in the kitchen and was not cleaned up. Shards of wood all over everything in the kitchen. Balcony door does not lock properly. Kitchen dishes and pots and pans (the few that were there) were dirty. »

« Hot tub and sauna were both closed indefinitely (we weren’t informed of this until after we had booked). Hotel was drastically overpriced for what you get. Earplugs in the lobby is never a good sign. We could hear every footstep and noise in the inn, including people snoring multiple rooms away from us. Super thin walls, not a lot of space in the rooms, and no mini fridges either. Breakfast was solid, but taken away promptly at 9:00am, which is a bit early. There was rarely any staff members...

« The moment we entered the apartment it was a heavy smell in the room. Also I didn’t find the place very clean, we needed some bedsheets from storage and it was hair in them and stains. Also, Description says there is a fireplace but it turns out we couldn’t turn it on bc the building doesn’t allowed. Location is great but still the place is overpriced for what it offered. »

« Les chambres au sous sol sont en piteux état.... Le dejeuner est très ordinaire. Le pub dans l'hotel, le spa, la piscine chauffée et la salle de détente sont superbes. Je vous souhaite une chambre au 1er étage. La chambre que j'avais au sous sol était de qualité inacceptable pour le prix payé. Très petite, douche pas pratique, salle de bain minuscule, fenêtres qui coulent, télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas. Bref, n'y allez pas pour la beauté de la chambre. Le reste est bien. »
