« Odeur de cannabis à notre arrivée dans l’hôtel et plus intense rendu dans notre chambre avec en prime une odeur de sent bon qu’ils ont mi pour cacher l’odeur (fenêtre scellée 😫) Et l’odeur c’est perpétuer même durant la nuit! Une autre chambre aurait rien changé… Toilettes (dessous de la bol) je vous épargne les détails 💩 Douche glissante de savon accumulée Frigidaire sale…ect.. « Television did not work. Room chair broken & iron did not work. I called the front desk several times & no one came to help. The young lady kept telling me that she was “handling an issue & was trying to get me assistance.” No one came!. « First, the hotel was hard to find as their sign was not lighted. There was no microwave oven nor WiFi service in the first room offered upon our arrival. Room was very dirty, especially the shower and the bed sheets. There were cracks in the ceiling. Pictures from this room appear hereafter. « It was horrible, there were cockroaches all over the place, when we went to ask them for another room since it was earlier morning they told us we were filled and that they could not refund us, the blankets had burn holes and different colored stains on it and the Tv had no cable so we could not watch anything, there was no soap no shampoo no towels. when we then asked for towels and toilet paper we were given one roll and got one towel and we had to argue to get 2 towels since there are 2 of us...
