« Cabin had mold in it, couldn’t even stay because of the mold and how hot the room felt. There were restrictions on changing the A/C in your cabin. Also the door didn’t lock so my family didn’t feel safe here, definitely not worth the money. »

« I don’t know how to rate this because I rented this cabin from Expedia, but Son’s said I did NOT have a reservation. They said they were fully booked. Not one opening. I have YET to get my refund. We already had three cabins rented. We’ve been here all weekend and about a quarter of the places are empty. I just don’t know what to think. The actual place is amazing, beautiful, fun….but why Expedia rented this to me and took my money and Son’s said no, I do not know. And nobody will take...

« Booked a so called delux safari cabin for 5 of us, AC wasn't working when arrived called and asked management for repairs it was hot like hell the guy came after a while and stated he fixed it, we stayed out for 3 hours while being charged no refunds or reimbursement for those terrible hours waited outside property, when got back AC was still not working, then after fighting with property reservation manager she decided to switch us in a different cabin at around 10 or 10:30 Pm, ( check in time...
