« Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. »

« Easy check in and out. Condo did not have washer dryer in place oops but it was all good. Central to all we wanted. Deer were amazing. Loved it. Didn’t use the river but saw people in there plus fishing. We did Schlitterbahn 2 days. Went to moviesAre local and really enjoyed it. Would recommend it »

« Had a wonderful time with friends for a River float weekend. Plenty of room for 6 people. Clean. Comfortable and relaxing sitting on the balcony being able to see part of the River. Also convenient that we were able to get out mid float and get out at the property and park our tubes for a lunch break and get right back at it. Loved it! »

« Loved the condo. Extremely spacious. Comfortable beds. Very well furnished. Great price compared to hotel rooms. AC works really well in sweltering Texas August heat. Everything seemed very updated and new. Right on The Bandit golf course, just a few seconds from the clubhouse. Condo is just minutes from two other great courses (Landa Park and Olympia Hills) making this an excellent home base for a golf trip. Great communication from management.
